Alignia PositionFor CEOs and executive committees

We have a direction. I’m not sure it’s understood.

Alignia Position measures, level by level, whether your strategy is understood, seen as achievable and connected to what matters to your teams.

Sound familiar?

What we hear from our clients.

Before we start, these words come up again and again. You may have said them yourself.

At board level, everything is clear. On the ground, priorities contradict each other.

In practice

How it works for you.

  1. At launch

We link the measurement to your direction

Your reference strategy and the scope: all staff.

  2. About 8 minutes

    Your teams respond

Two short questionnaires: is the direction right and achievable, and what does it change for each person?

  3. As soon as it closes

    You see your map

Each department’s position, readable at a glance.

  4. 1 h video call

    We point the way

One hour with an expert to choose the right lever.

What it changes in the system

The direction stops being a document: you see where it is understood and thought achievable, and where it wears out the teams who have to carry it.

Frequently asked questions

What clients often ask us.

What does Alignia Position measure?

Two things. First, how your teams perceive your strategy: is the direction right, and can the organisation deliver it? Second, how far that strategy brings each person closer to their own goals, across four dimensions: meaning, connection, achievement and transcendence.

Who answers, and how long does it take?

All staff, twice a year. Two short questionnaires, sent by link, QR code or on mobile: allow about 8 minutes per person.

Do answers stay anonymous?

Yes. No individual score is reported, and a group is only read once it has at least 8 respondents. Confidentiality and access rights are set at launch, and the approach is GDPR compliant.

What do you receive after the diagnostic?

A map placing how your direction is perceived on two axes, its relevance and the capacity to deliver it. A goal alignment score for each dimension. And dashboards by department, role and length of service.

What happens after the measurement?

Results are available as soon as the survey closes. Within the week, an expert presents them in a one hour video call, then recommends the Alignia module that fits your situation. The measurement is repeated twice a year to track progress.
