Sound familiar?

What we hear from our clients.

Before we start, these words come up again and again. You may have said them yourself.

The strategy is written down. It never leaves the board slides.

I’m asked to buy in. Nobody asked me what I thought.

What it changes in the system

The direction is built with the people who carry it: it becomes a resource for teams, not one more burden.

What you get

What you have in hand.

Alignia takes strategy off the page and into everyday work. Teams first understand the direction, then translate it into their priorities and behaviours. Over time, they adjust it themselves through regular reviews.

Frequently asked questions

What clients often ask us.

Do you have to do all four modules?

No. Alignia offers four levels, chosen according to your organisation’s strategic maturity. If your strategy already exists, we start from it. The Alignia Position diagnostic helps place your organisation and identify the need to address.

Who takes part?

Architecture and Construction involve leadership first, with a sponsor (CEO or executive committee) who drives the work. Mobilisation and Continuity happen within teams, with a manager who takes part and follows through. Workshops are run by a Bolby certified practitioner or by a trained manager.

How much time does it take your teams?

At team level, Construction and Mobilisation each fit into one 4 hour workshop. The organisation version of Construction takes two half day workshops. For Architecture, the number of workshops depends on the themes covered. Continuity then relies on a short, regular measurement.

Organisation version or team version: what is the difference?

The organisation version works on the direction of the whole company and turns it into a clear vision, carried by a story that makes people want to move forward together. The team version translates that direction into a team’s everyday language, so it understands what it means for them.

How does the direction stay alive afterwards?

The strategic foundation, the team direction and the goals linked to strategic priorities are all held in Bolby, visible and shareable. With Continuity, a barometer spots friction early and suggests actions to realign before gaps build up.
