Why

Mandatory from your first employee, the analysis too often ends up in a drawer. Our packages keep it useful all year round.

Our packages

Three packages, as deep as you need.

Each one stands on its own. The next two build on the one before, without ever asking your teams the same thing twice.

RPS-ComplianceThe legal obligationThe psychosocial risk analysis, its report dimension by dimension and department by department, and the prevention plan built with your adviser.€600 per organisation+ €8 per employee, €6 from the 250th.
Steered preventionThe analysis + continuous trackingWhat those factors actually produce, measured all year: emotional state, satisfaction and engagement, on the same scope, in a minute of your people’s time.€780 per organisation per year+ €16 per employee, €14 from the 250th. Licences included, spread over four years.
Integrated prevention+ a reading of your strategyThree readings on a single measurement base: where the risks are, what they produce month after month, and the share that comes from an unreadable direction.€1,080 per organisation per year+ €26 per employee. Strategic positioning twice a year included.

Prices exclude VAT. Three tag types included, €240 per additional type; beyond 1,000 employees we quote individually. Optional: expert support and review (€900 in the first year, €400 a year thereafter; €1,300 a year with integrated prevention) and validation of the report by a psychosocial prevention adviser from an approved external service (€800). Steered and integrated prevention run on a four-year commitment, with termination available on each anniversary date, three months’ notice, and no automatic renewal.

What you get

Concrete deliverables.

  • A clear report for each psychosocial dimension, broken down by department.
  • A prioritised prevention plan, built with your prevention adviser.
  • A full audit trail for labour inspectors, GDPR compliant.
  • Depending on the level, early warning before absences rise, and proof that your plan works.
Anonymised example: expert report, executive summary, copilot pathways.
Your journey

Helping your teams grow their skills.

The analysis doesn’t stop at the report. Cycle after cycle, your teams move from reading results to targeted prevention, then to prevention built into leadership decisions.

Every Bolby solution is designed as a journey, not a one-off service. What used to be gut feeling becomes a shared reflex, from frontline managers to the executive committee.

The legal framework, in plain terms

The four questions that always come up.

How often does a psychosocial risk analysis have to be redone?

No article of the Code on Well-being at Work sets a frequency for the analysis itself. The “every five years” comes from the global prevention plan.

The analysis is updated when circumstances change: a reorganisation, repeated incidents, complaints, absence that settles in. The action plan, on the other hand, is annual and goes to the committee before 1 November.

Is my company covered by the obligation to run a psychosocial risk analysis?

Every employer, from the very first worker. A twelve-person company has to cover exactly the same ground as a hospital.

What changes with headcount is the obligations around the analysis (the committee, the person of trust, the disconnection policy), not the analysis itself.

What does a psychosocial risk analysis have to contain to be compliant?

Five components: the organisation of work, its content, its conditions, the working environment and relationships between people. Six situations to detect: stress, burnout, work-related conflict, violence, and moral and sexual harassment. Plus third parties, wherever your teams deal with the public.

A common blind spot: the major international questionnaires ask nothing about the physical working environment. We cover it with an additional module, reported separately, so your results stay comparable with published reference values.

What happens once the psychosocial risk analysis is finished?

The report situates each dimension against published reference values, department by department. It feeds a prevention plan submitted to the committee for its opinion, and joins the general risk analysis.

The analysis remains the act of the employer and their prevention adviser: Bolby provides the collection, the statistical analysis and the audit trail, never the responsibility. One decision is left: measure what the plan changed, or wait for the next cycle.

What it changes in the system

The analysis does not single out vulnerable people: it brings to light the working conditions to correct, department by department.
